KDA Community – Membership Platform

Overview

KDA represents a vibrant Ethiopian-American community originating from Gujii, Oromia. The association needed a digital platform to register members, manage contributions, and share updates with its diaspora members across states.

Challenges

The existing system was fully offline — payments and registrations were handled manually. The organization needed a secure, simple-to-use platform for membership, payments, and communication.

Our Approach

• Horan Technologies designed and implemented a full membership management web system with integrated payments.

• Worked closely with KDA's board to ensure ease of use for both admins and members.

The Solution

We built a unified web and mobile system where users can:

• Member Registration: Secure form for onboarding and profile creation

• Online Payments: Integrated Stripe for registration fees and donations

• Admin Panel: Manage members, view payment history, and post announcements
